The Rehau TOTAL70 is the standard residential casement profile across our uPVC window and door range. 70mm frame depth, 5-chamber multi-cavity construction. Whole-window U-values reach 1.2 W/m²K with double-glazed Low-E units, dropping to 0.9 W/m²K with triple glazing — comfortably exceeding the Approved Document L 1.4 W/m²K maximum. BFRC energy rating reaches A+. Steel-reinforced frames, internally-beaded glazing for security, PAS 24:2022 certified. Available across the full Rehau colour and woodgrain range.

Rehau TOTAL70 Edge

TOTAL70 Edge is the thermal-upgrade variant of TOTAL70. Same 70mm profile depth and full Rehau colour/woodgrain compatibility, but a sixth internal air chamber further improves insulation at the seal. Specified where extra thermal performance matters most — north-facing elevations, exposed sites, properties pursuing Future Homes Standard-aware refurbishment, or anywhere a step up from baseline TOTAL70 is wanted without moving to triple-glazing cost.

Rehau Slinova

The Rehau Slinova is our inline sliding patio door system. Configurations span 2-, 3- or 4-pane layouts up to 4 metres wide × 2.4 metres high (extending to 4.9m on the SLINOVA X variant), with a single sliding sash gliding along a precision track that frees the floor space a bifold or French set would consume. Slim sightlines maximise glass area; multi-chamber profiles deliver A-rated thermal performance; PAS 24 security with multi-point locking and toughened safety glass. The cost-conscious uPVC alternative to aluminium sliders for utility, rear-extension and conservatory openings.

Rehau Rio

Rehau Rio is the flush-casement / heritage-detail family — two distinct products on the Rio profile. Rio Flush Casement is the hinged outward-opening variant whose sash sits level with the outer frame for a timber-look casement appearance, increasingly approved by conservation officers as a like-for-like replacement for original timber where uPVC is acceptable. Rio Inline is the horizontal-sliding flush variant for openings where outward swing is not practical — above kitchen worktops, along walkways, or in rooms facing public paths. Both A-rated, both available in heritage colours including Chartwell Green, Anthracite Grey and Turner Oak alongside the standard Rehau woodgrain range.
