Groundworks, frame, glazing and finishing are all included.

Whether your porch is built in aluminium, uPVC or a combination of the two, the frame system carries a 10-year manufacturer warranty covering profiles, hardware and powder-coat or extruded finishes — fully integrated with the host wall for weather-tightness. Most porches under 3m² fall under permitted development, so FENSA registration applies only to the door and glazed elements where required.
