Palladio doors are moulded as a single-piece fibreglass shell with no seams or weak points. Unlike traditional composite doors with separate skins bonded to a core, Palladio's one-piece shell will not delaminate, warp, or admit water through joints.
65mm GRP Monocoque Slab
65mm fibreglass-reinforced monocoque shell with PUREX0 high-density core (Palladio patent 1766176). Solid moulded fibreglass delivers whole-door U-values of 0.85 W/m²K (solid) and 0.98 W/m²K (glazed) including frame.
PAS 24-Compliant Multi-Point Locking
Multi-point locking engineered to PAS 24 specifications. Default lock spec: 2 hook + 2 shootbolt + 4 roller + deadlatch. 10-point Mantis 3 upgrade available (4 roller cams + 2 linear bolts + 2 hooks + thumb latch + dead bolt). 3-star TS007 cylinder, laminated inner glass pane and reinforced hinge jamb. Secured by Design configurations available (per Palladio dealer records).
